Before An Appointment

Are you planning to visit one of our boutiques? Here are a few things to know before your appointment.

Booking your appointment

When you first reach out to book an appointment with us, whether it is online, over the phone, or in person, we like to ask a few questions about your wedding. This is so that we can have a better understanding of the styles that might be of interest to you and can be prepared to advise you at your appointment.

Saturdays are our busiest days and can fill up fast! If you know that you can only visit us on a weekend we recommend booking a few weeks in advance.

Weekdays tend to be quieter and we can offer you longer appointments with more privacy and flexibility.

Bringing guests to your appointment

Most of our brides find it useful to bring along a couple of family members or friends to help guide them when looking for their wedding dress. We absolutely encourage this as they offer a point of view that only a person who knows you very well could.

Our boutiques have seating available for up to 2 guests. One additional guest may be possible on request, but we kindly ask that you do not bring children or babies with you to your appointment.

Other helpful information

We do ask that you wear a minimal amount of make-up to your appointment, to help protect the dresses.

Wearing comfortable, flesh coloured or pale underwear is advisable, and a strapless bra is always good, but not essential. You are welcome to bring your own shoes and accessories, but we also have lots of styles available to try in store.

If you have any specific ideas about the style of dress you like its a great idea to bring along a couple of pictures to your appointment to show your bridal consultant.

Most importantly, remember to relax! Dress shopping should be a wonderful experience, and we are here to help you.
